Metlen Energy Delays FY25 Results, Restates EBITDA Guidance

Metlen Energy & Metals will defer the publication of its FY 2025 financial results by nine days to April 9, 2026, following a request from its external auditors, according to a statement.

  • PricewaterhouseCoopers auditors need more time to complete standard procedures
  • Company reiterates expected EBITDA guidance of around €750 million for 2025
  • Delay relates to first financial statements as dual-listed company
    • Metlen is listed on both London Stock Exchange and ATHEX
