MHA, the UK arm of Baker Tilly, said Thursday that revenue surged by more than 40% in the year before the firm’s successful stock exchange listing in April.
Total revenue surged 45% to £224 million ($303 million) in the year to March 31, with profits up 32%. MHA sold a 35% stake for £98 million on the stock exchange April 10, saying it planned to double revenue to £500 million within five years to become a top-10 UK firm.
