Some dollar thresholds were adjusted in Minnesota’s 2026 withholding methods, while the state does not conform to any changes made by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (Pub. L. 119-21), the state revenue department said Dec. 26.
Minnesota conforms to the Internal Revenue Code as of May 1, 2023, meaning it has not adopted any changes since that date, the department said in the 2026 withholding methods.
