Morgan Stanley Worker Appeals New York #MeToo Arbitration Ruling

A former Morgan Stanley trade associate, who says he experienced harassment and bias at the financial giant because he was openly gay and Muslim, will appeal a ruling that forced his case into arbitration despite New York’s #MeToo law that aimed to keep those types of claims in court.
