Nidec Auditor PwC Says It Cooperated With Investigation (Mar. 3)

PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan says it cooperated fully with the third-party investigation into Nidec accounting and will strengthen its audit quality, according to a statement published on Tuesday.

• NOTE: PwC Japan withheld its sign-off on Nidec’s financial statements in September, saying it was unable to obtain enough evidence to form an opinion
