OptimisCorp Nets Just $1 in ‘Nominal’ Court Win Against Founder

OptimisCorp came up short in its bid to recoup losses the physical therapy chain blamed on three former executives who refused to turn over millions they won in an arbitration against the company’s ex-lawyer.

A Delaware Chancery Court judge awarded a token $1 on Monday to Optimis, which prevailed in earlier rounds of its long-running litigation against founder William Atkins and two other ousted board members.
