Pamela Dyson Appointed as Chief Information Officer of PCAOB

Pamela C. Dyson has been appointed as chief information officer of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, according to a Wednesday news release.

Dyson will serve as the director of the PCAOB’s office of data, security, and technology and will advise the board on all aspects of technology.

She has had more than three decades of information technology experience, and has led large-scale transformations related to application development, infrastructure and operations, and cyber and data management, the PCAOB said..
