Paragon 28 Plummets by Record 23% as Acounting Errors Identified

Paragon 28 shares sink as much as 23%, in a record drop, after the orthopedic-foot and -ankle company said it will re-state its financial results for 2023 and the first quarter of 2024 after identifying accounting errors.

  • Paragon says its 10K for fiscal year 2023 and the quarterly reports for periods ended March 31, 2023, June 30, 2023, September 30, 2023, and March 31, 2024 should no longer be relied upon due to errors in the financial statements
