Plug Power to Pay $1.25m Penalty in SEC Settlement

Plug Power settled a civil administrative proceeding with the SEC related to the March 16, 2021 announcement that the financial statements in its prior annual reports and quarterly reports should no longer be relied upon.

• Reports refer to Form 10-K for 2018 and 2019, and Form 10-Q for 2019 and 2020
• Plug Power, without admitting or denying the findings, agreed to a cease-and-desist order
