Probe Into Sanofi’s Dupixent Dropped by French Prosecutors

French financial prosecutors have decided to drop a market-manipulation investigation into Sanofi, the drug company says, confirming an earlier report by La Lettre.

• “We have always said that the financial information published by Sanofi was accurate and duly audited by two auditing firms,” Sanofi representatives say in an email
• The case, opened in 2023, concerned the launch of blockbuster medicine Dupixent
• Officials from Parquet National Financier didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment
• NOTE: Sanofi Probed for Market Manipulation by French Authorities
