David Pratt joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in its private client practice in Boca Raton, Florida, the firm announced Monday.
Pratt advises ultra- and high-net-worth individuals, including entrepreneurs, private equity and hedge fund principals, medical professionals, and multigenerational families. Clients rely on him for estate and wealth transfer planning, trust and estate administration, tax efficiency and asset preservation, and charitable and private foundation work, the firm said.
He joins from Proskauer.
