PwC Germany on Monday announced a new boss, just weeks after German police raided the firm on suspicion of tax evasion.
Audit head Petra Justenhoven was elected by partners to take over as management board chair in July, according to a statement from the firm, which is also known as PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She replaces Ulrich Stork, who has served as chair since July 2018.
