PwC Names Corporate Director to Join Board as Outside Observer

PwC LLP has appointed an experienced corporate director and executive to join its governing board as a non-voting member, the US firm said on Friday.

Sara Grootwassink Lewis will serve a two-year term beginning in July as an observer to the Big Four firm’s board of partners and principals—a new role that aims to provide outside perspectives to the firm’s top leaders. She joins Navy Vice Adm. Carol Pottenger, who is a voting external member of the board.
