PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd.'s board appointed Neil Parekh and Mads Nipper as external directors to a body responsible for governance and oversight of the global professional services firm network, PwC said Monday.
Parekh and Nipper will work with existing members of the Global Governance Board, made up of partners and principals from PwC firms. They bring the number of external directors on the board to three, along with Jaya Vaidhyanathan.
Nipper is a former CEO of Ørsted A/S and has held senior roles at companies like the LEGO Group. He currently chairs the board of MacArtney Underwater Technology Group.
