PwC Quits Tupperware Audits As Company Struggles to Stay Listed

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP quit its 28-year audit engagement with Tupperware Brands Corp., leaving the direct-sales company searching for a new auditor as it fights to stay listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Tupperware blew the deadline to file its year-end 2022 10-K, submitting it to the SEC in October instead of the first quarter of the year, when it has filed its annual report in the past.
