PwC Resigns as Boohoo Auditor on Reputation Concerns, FT Says

PwC has resigned as auditor of Manchester-based Boohoo within the last month on concerns about the risks of continuing to work for the online fashion retailer, the Financial Times reports, citing two unidentified people familiar.

  • PwC declined to comment to FT; Boohoo did not immediately respond to a request for comment
