PwC UK may discipline employees who don’t comply with the firm’s return-to-office policies, an executive told Parliament.
The Big Four accounting firm’s UK arm has required employees to work from the office at least three days a week since January, PwC UK’s chief people officer Phillippa O’Connor told a committee within the House of Lords Monday. The company was one of several UK firms, including the advertising and public relations giant WPP, to appear before the Home-based Working Committee.
