PwC’s New US Leader Starts Term Early as Ryan Heads for Citi

PwC’s new US leader, Paul Griggs, officially took the helm of the Big Four accounting, tax and advisory firm this week as his predecessor Tim Ryan prepares for a new role at Citigroup Inc.

Partners and staff learned Tuesday of the early transition, according to a staff memo announcing Ryan’s May 31 retirement. The firm’s board voted to support the faster timeline.
