Revlon Says Yildiz Resigns as VP, Accounting Chief, Controller

Revlon said Beril Yildiz resigned from her role as vice president, chief accounting officer & controller of each of Revlon, Inc. and its direct, wholly-owned operating subsidiary, Revlon Consumer Products Corporation effective Sept. 21.

  • Yildiz’s resignation did not result from any disagreement with the company on any matter relating to the company’s financial reporting, policies or practices, the company said
