Rough Agreement Reached on Energy Tax Credits, House Leader Says

Republicans have reached a “rough agreement” with GOP members and the Trump administration on how to phase out clean energy tax credits in their broad tax and spending bill, House Majority Leader Steve Scalise says.

  • “It definitely tightens it up a lot, puts those controls in place and keeps it all within the window of the Trump presidency,” Scalise told reporters in the Capitol Tuesday
