Cronos Reaches Final Settlement Agreements With SEC, OSC (1)

Cronos Group said it has reached final settlement agreements with the SEC and the Ontario Securities Commission resolving investigations into restatements of the company’s financial statements.

• Without admitting or denying SEC’s findings, the Canadian cannabis company and its former Chief Commercial Officer William Hilson offered to settle the matter by agreeing to cease and desist from future violations of the charged provisions, according to an SEC statement
