Yusufali & Associates LLC, the auditor to struggling SPAC boom-era company Lottery.com, agreed to a three-year prohibition from vetting the financial statements of US-listed companies over botched work for two other clients.
The New Jersey-based firm also agreed to a $50,000 penalty, while its owner and sole partner Yusufali Musaji accepted a three-year professional ban in addition to other sanctions, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board said Tuesday.
The charges stem from audits Musaji conducted for PotNetwork Holdings Inc., which sells CBD products, and Free Flow Inc., a used auto parts seller.
