Spanish Judge Opens Probe Into Gotham City on Grifols Report

Spain’s National Court opens probe into Gotham City and various of its executives for allegedly releasing “biased and deceptive” information on Grifols’s credibility, according to emailed statement.

• Judge Jose Luis Calama refers to posts published by Gotham on X, formerly known as Twitter, as well as a report released by the short seller questioning Grifols’s financial reporting
• Judge has ordered Police to locate houses of Gotham executives including Daniel Yu and Cyrus de Weck
• A representative for Gotham City declined to comment when contacted by Bloomberg News
