Tax Lawyer Katy Pitch Joins Mintz in Toronto Office as Partner

Katy Pitch has joined Mintz as a partner in the Toronto office, the firm said Tuesday.

She works on domestic and cross-border corporate income tax law for public and private companies and focuses on tax issues involving mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions and reorganizations, banking transactions, investment and hedge funds, and private equity matters, Mintz said.

Pitch established and led the tax practice at Wildeboer Dellelce, according to Mintz.
