Tellurian Says There’s Doubt It Can Continue as A Going Concern

Tellurian Inc., a US liquefied natural gas terminal developer, says there is substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.

  • Houston-based company issues going concern warning in 10-Q
  • Tellurian had $59.3 million in cash as of September 30, which the company expects will not be sufficient to satisfy its obligations and fund working capital needs for the next twelve months
