Thyssenkrupp names Axel Hamann as the new CFO from May 1, according to statement

• He joins from Bayer, where he most recently was Head of Global M&A and Head of Internal Audit & Risk Management
• Hamann will succeed Jens Schulte, who has been CFO since June 2024 and has also been the acting CHRO since February 2025
• Wilfried von Rath will take over as CHRO on April 1
