TruBridge said it needs more time to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter and expects to file the report by Aug. 14.

- Management concluded that there was a deficiency in internal control over financial reporting related to the procedures for processing customer contract changes and terminations and issuing credits to customers
