TruBridge Delays 10-Q Filing, Identifies Material Weakness

TruBridge said it needs more time to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the second quarter and expects to file the report by Aug. 14.

• Determined that it will prepare and file amendments to the 2023 Form 10-K and the 1Q 2024 Form 10-Q in order to disclose the material weakness in internal controls
• Management concluded that there was a deficiency in internal control over financial reporting related to the procedures for processing customer contract changes and terminations and issuing credits to customers
