Tupperware Delays 10-K Amid Backlog of Missed Quarterly Reports

Tupperware Brands Corp. blew the deadline to file its annual 10-K financial report, citing its work on a backlog of delayed 2023 quarterly reports and turnover in the company’s accounting department.

The company’s accounting department has experienced “significant attrition which has resulted in resource and skill set gaps, strained resources, and a loss of continuity of knowledge — all of which contributed to delays in the filing of the 2023 Form 10-K,” Tupperware said in a securities filing Friday.
