Two of the U.S. audit regulator’s last remaining board members said Friday that they would step down this fall.
Rebekah Goshorn Jurata and Megan Zietsman said in a joint statement that they didn’t apply to be re-appointed to the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and were prepared to leave their posts sooner should the Securities and Exchange Commission name their successors before Oct. 1.
