Financial Reporting Council starts probe on Deloitte audit of Go-Ahead for financial years of 2016 to 2021, according to statement.

  • Decision was made at a meeting of the FRC’s Conduct Committee on March 22
  • NOTE: Go-Ahead Board to Recommend Div of Not Less Than 50p for FY22
