U.S. Bank Audit Partner Tapped to Lead PwC’s Global Board

A U.S. audit partner will lead PwC’s global leadership board as it rolls out a new firmwide strategy, the Big Four accounting firm announced Thursday.

Lisa Sawicki was elected chair of the 20-member Global Governance Board, which is charged with overseeing PricewaterhouseCoopers International Ltd’s leadership team and setting standards for affiliates, the firm said.

• Sawicki has served on the global board for the past four years and also serves on the board of partners for the firm’s U.S. affiliate. She succeeds Paul Kepple, who served four years as chair and eight years on the board, the firm said. ...
