Private Equity Firm Invests in New UK Consultancy (Correct)

A global private equity giant Monday announced it has invested up to $300 million into a new technology-driven consulting firm launched by two former bosses of UK Big Four firms.

US-based Warburg Pincus will fund the new firm, Unity Advisory, which launched in April and is focused on advisory work for PE-backed companies. Former PwC UK managing partner Marissa Thomas is CEO of Unity; former EY UK Chair Steve Varley is the new firm’s chairman.
