UK FRC Decides No Enforcement Action on Entain Audit by KPMG

The UK’s Financial Reporting Council announces that it has closed its investigation into Entain Plc’s audit by KPMG, according to a statement.

• FRC has decided not to bring enforcement action after review of evidence and “all relevant factors”
• The investigation was opened in November 2024
• NOTE: KPMG Audit of Entain Investigated by UK’s Accounting Regulator
