UK FRC Opens Probe Into Two Accountants Related to Vistry

The UK’s Financial Reporting Council is investigating the conduct of two individual accountants in relation to the forecasting and financial reporting of the business within Vistry Group’s South Division, according to a statement.

  • Relates to the financial years ended Dec. 31, 2023 and Dec. 31, 2024
