The outgoing leader of the US audit board stressed the importance of its global reach as the regulator revoked the registration of a Hong Kong-based accounting firm Tuesday.
Centurion ZD CPA & Co and its lone partner agreed to the permanent bar plus a $75,000 fine for violations stemming from audit work for Luckin Coffee Inc. and two other companies, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board said Tuesday.
