US Prosecutors Call Girardi’s Incompetency Claim ‘Self-Serving’

US prosecutors accuse disbarred plaintiffs’ attorney Thomas Girardi of malingering in his bid to avoid trial on criminal charges for allegedly stealing millions of dollars from clients and professionals.

A redacted filing Friday said there’s no evidence Girardi is doing anything other than inflating his condition.
