Veradigm says it can’t file 10-K for 2024 on time, says restatement review for financial statements of 2021 and first three quarters of 2022 continues.
- Board also determined that 2020 financial statements should no longer be relied upon because of misstatements
- Company expects adjustments to revenue from continuing operations will be less than an aggregate $10m reduction for 2020 and 2021 and less than an aggregate $15m reduction for the first nine months of 2022
- Also expects that there will be an impact on revenue from discontinued operations for the corresponding periods
