Walgreens Boots Names Manmohan Mahajan Chief Accounting Officer

Walgreens Boots Alliance board appointed Manmohan Mahajan as Senior Vice President, Global Controller and Chief Accounting Officer effective immediately, according to a filing from the company.

• James Kehoe, who had assumed the responsibilities of the company’s principal accounting officer during the search process that led to Mahajan’s hiring, will continue roles as EVP, global CFO, according to the filing
