EEOC Resolves Pregnancy Bias Charges With Two Florida Companies

The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission recovered a total of $135,000 for pregnant employees at two different companies based in Florida, who were fired after requesting accommodations under the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, the agency said in a statement.
