Two sessions are scheduled for comments on hours-of-service rulemaking that may change truck drivers’ workday and rest-break requirements, the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration said Aug. 20 in a notice in the Federal Register.
The proposed rulemaking is to appear Aug. 22 in the Federal Register.
Comments and research related may be presented from 10 a.m. to noon Aug. 23 at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas.
