Alabama Governor Signs Law Increasing Optional Standard Deduction, Expanding Adjusted Gross Income Range for Deductions

The Alabama Governor April 11 signed a law increasing the optional standard deduction and expanding the adjusted gross income range for the maximum optional standard deduction and the maximum dependent exemption for individual income tax purposes.
