Arizona City to Increase Minimum Wage to $16.80 in 2023

Flagstaff, Arizona, will increase its hourly minimum wage to $16.80 from $15.50 effective Jan. 1, 2023, according to a Sept. 13 update on the city’s minimum wage webpage.

The hourly tipped minimum wage will rise to $14.80 from $13.

The minimum wage applies to employees who work or are expected to work at least 25 hours in Flagstaff during the year, under the city’s minimum wage code. Employers may pay the tipped minimum wage to employees who regularly receive more than $30 a month in tips.
