Oakland, California, updated its minimum wage webpage to include minimum wage rates and posters for 2023.
The hourly minimum wage in Oakland will be $15.97 effective Jan. 1, 2023. The minimum wage applies to employees who work for at least two hours in the city in a calendar week, under the city’s municipal code.
