The hourly minimum wage in South San Francisco, California, will rise to $16.70 from $15.80 effective Jan. 1, 2023, according to a Nov. 2 update on the city’s minimum wage website.
The city updated its minimum wage poster to reflect the increased minimum wage. The poster is available in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Tagalog.
The minimum wage applies to employees working at least two hours in the city in a calendar week, under South San Francisco’s minimum wage code.
