California released its 2026 statewide minimum wage poster on the Industrial Welfare Commission’s website.
The poster, which must be displayed next to the commission’s industrial or occupation orders, reflects the 2026 minimum wage rising to $16.90. It also shows increased meal and lodging credit amounts for 2026 that may be applied against the state minimum wage.
