Cambodia set the minimum wage for the clothing, footwear, and textile sectors at U.S. $190 per month starting Jan. 1, 2020, up from U.S. $182 for 2019.
Workers in these industries also will have a minimum wage of U.S. $185 per month during their probationary period, according to the wage regulation (Khmer) signed Sept. 20 by Labor Minister Ith Sam Heng.
