Colorado Family-Leave Premium Rate to Remain 0.9% for 2025

Colorado’s family-leave insurance premium rate for 2025 will remain 0.9%, according to a Department of Labor and Employment newsletter.

Employers with 10 or more employees will pay half of the premium rate, or 0.45%, and employees will pay the other half, under state law. Employers with nine or fewer employees need not pay the employer portion of the premium rate but still must deduct and remit the employee’s 0.45% contribution.
