Colorado released its 2025 unemployment insurance tax rates on the Labor and Employment Department website.
Total combined unemployment insurance tax rates for 2025 will range from 0.81% to 5.2% for positive-rated employers and from 6.695% to 12.34% for negative-rated employers, unchanged from 2024, according to the website. The total rate includes both a solvency and a support surcharge.
