Connecticut Governor Signs Bill on New Dual-Duties Rules

Connecticut rules governing the compensation of workers who perform tipped and nontipped duties were repealed under a bill signed Jan. 6, 2020, by Gov. Ned Lamont (D).

New rules are to be adopted under the measure (H.B. 7501), which took effect Jan. 6.
