The thresholds determining how often employers must file Delaware withholding returns are to be increased for 2021, the state revenue division said.
The thresholds are based on amounts withheld during a look-back period of the preceding July 1 to June 30. The threshold separating quarterly and monthly filers is to increase to $4,810, up from $4,780, and the threshold separating monthly and eighth-monthly filers is to increase to $26,740, up from $26,570, the division said in a notice.
